Check-in / Check-out Times
Please plan to check in and check out within the designated times listed in the reservation. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please message us in advance so we can check availability.


Pets
This is generally a 
non-pet-friendly property. In select cases, we may be able to accommodate pets with prior approval and an additional fee (service animals are exempt). Please message us first before bringing any pets.


Events and Parties
Events, parties, and large gatherings are 
not permitted at the property.


Smoking

Smoking is not allowed indoors. If you choose to smoke outdoors, please dispose of cigarette butts properly and ensure all doors and windows remain closed.


Maximum Occupancy
The maximum number of guests allowed is 
8. If your group will exceed this number, please message us in advance. Additional guests may be approved depending on the situation and will incur a $100 fee per extra guest.


Cancellation Policy
Our listing follows the cancellation policy set on the booking platform. Cancellations made outside of the allowed cancellation window may result in charges according to the policy. In particular, cancellations made 
less than 7 days before arrival are typically non-refundable and may result in the full reservation amount being charged.


Damages
Please treat the apartment, furniture, and equipment with care during your stay. Any damages or breakages should be reported to us as soon as possible. Guests are financially responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear caused during their stay. While a quick check may be done at check-out, a more detailed inspection will take place afterward, and any repair or replacement costs may be billed accordingly.


SMS and Text Messaging Policy

We use a guest messaging platform to communicate with you regarding your stay. By providing your phone number during the booking process, you consent to receive text messages from the property.


Purpose: Text messaging may be used to send check-in instructions, access information, room readiness updates, and to respond to your requests during your stay.


Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. You will receive a final confirmation message, after which no further SMS messages will be sent.


Help: If you experience issues or need assistance, you may reply HELP or contact the front desk directly.


Privacy of Mobile Data: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
